If you hire my firm to represent you, I can promise you the following:
1. I will personally meet with you at the initial consultation.
2. I will explain to you the issues involved in your case in a manner that you will understand them.

5. I will only take on your case if I feel that it has a likelihood of successful conclusion.
6. I will personally evaluate your case and advise you on what a good settlement range would be.
7. When I advise you of the settlement offer, I will explain to you the
exact amount that you will net from the settlement proceeds if you
accept it.
